Dr. Heath Montgomery knows that affordability can be a barrier to care, and is one of the most important aspects of dental care. We will gladly accept all PPO insurance plans. However, due to limitations placed by many of them, we are considered out-of-network for most of them, except the ones listed below. Remember, dental insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company you purchased through an agent or employer. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for what the insurance will not cover.
As a courtesy, we are happy to help all our patients navigate this area. Upon request, we will submit pre-authorizations, submit claims, contact the insurance company agents, and file appeal denials in order to help as best we can with all the information we have at the time.
